For over a decade yoga has been my steadfast companion and my anchor during stormy seas. Yoga has been a lifeline for me offering solace, clarity and resilience when I needed it most. I completed my RYT certification with The Zen Shed family in 2021, but I view myself as a lifelong student of this practice. Yoga continuously offers me new gifts, and I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to travel the world and explore this wonderful practice. I currently live in Worcester, UK where I also teach and practice Yoga.
Mission
To nurture mental health and wellbeing through the healing power of yoga - a practice that saved me and continues to bring me profound joy. Driven by my personal journey, I am dedicated to creating a supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and find some balance in this mad old world!
Rooted in a deep respect for the ancient traditions of yoga, I am committed to staying true to its origins while creating a supportive, safe space for my students.

(Really!) slow flow Yoga

7.15 - 8.15PM
The Barn @ St Nicholas WR4
A slow, gentle practice to open your body and calm your mind. Ideal for those new to yoga or those wanting to slow down and connect inwards. Vibes are super chilled & slow with plenty of time to focus on breath. There will be music and some laughter… we don’t take ourselves too seriously whilst honouring yoga’s roots.
